Question 1. My organization recognizes the need for team trust by putting in place compensation plans that rewards employees for successful teamwork. The company uses various approaches to reward individuals using a team –based structure rewards including profit sharing rewards and recognition. For example, when employees meet the target annual profit goals, they are offered profit sharing rewards. Profits are shared among employees who contributed the most to the organization's success or a particular team. Recognition applies when employees are given opportunities to participate in education programs, conferences or activities that expand their skill and knowledge.
