1. Leadership and decision making have become very significant as fast change occurs. No person is aware knows the number of decisions they shall take but should be aware that problem-solving as well as decision-making skills shall impact the result. As with management, one can develop these skills.
Proverbs 11: 14 states that “for lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers.” In the governance of an organization, foolish decisions can be taken, and when wise counsel has been resisted. A proud manager can disvalue the advice of knowledgeable colleagues. Success cannot be realized when decisions rely on wise counsel or the process of solving a problem has indicated informed counsel. Proverbs 16:3 states that “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” This verse reflects how the managers delegate works to other staff. Individuals commit to their work and trust that they will accomplish them. Proverbs 16:9 states that “A man’s heart plan his way, But the Lord directs his steps.” The staff thinks and plans their way but the management directs their steps. Every plan should be humble before the management and surrender to the organization's goals. As rational employees, they think, consult as well as act in a free manager. But they remain dependent as the management exercises their power in allowing overruling their actions.
