This process is vital for any organization that intends to come out of a significant setback like Covid-19. An Organization may have good structure and a highly experienced leadership, but the Human Factor plays a vital role in the entire process (Wallace & Webber, 2017)
How does the Human Factor effect a Successful Disaster Recovery Process?
The human Factor is the critical Factor in any successful disaster recovery by any Organization all over the world. The strategies set by the leadership depend upon the employees' successful implementation to achieve the intended target. According to Knowles, for any Organization to recover from a disaster, it has to engage its human resource in the entire process. He argues that employees have different capacities, so participating them and sharing information with them leads to the emergence of new insights and ideas.
