Organizations services and delivering value to the customers, and the customer's point of view is important as customers have different needs and expectations. There are core values that influence the organization’s direction and there ought to be clarity on organizational value. This includes issues on the organization’s position, target market and competition as well as the vision, objectives, mission and core beliefs.
How does an organization create value?
Creating value for both the organization and the customer, there are different options than one requires using the factors of production to get output, and this follows three stages:
