Challenges and Opportunities for Development Section
Leadership Challenges
There are obstacles and challenges which must be fought and overcome for a leader to be refined and polished like a sharpened arrow. Leadership is for the brave and courageous, hence, I have worked an extra mile to achieve my minor and major goals in life most particularly in helping children with special needs. There is a need to study culture and foreign languages to at least know the basics in communicating with them to better understand their needs. All these dilemma only make me stronger and pushes me to think faster in providing immediate solutions.
Development Goals
It is not enough that I only excel academically but I must also learn how to perform well in real life specifically in handling cases where kids or adults who are diagnosed with autism are in need of my special care and attention. There is a need for assessment and evaluation as to how far I have grown in terms of my knowledge in the field of behavioral science and the medical treatments for autism. In addition, it is a primordial concern that I also engaged on...
