Team-based organizations ordinarily involve employees on work, with timelines established to achieve specific objectives. In this structure, workers are empowered in decision making, without the need for managerial consent. Google corporation is recognized for its cross-functional framework, utilizing more of a team approach to its management. The Google search engine and other related businesses, including Android, Gmail, and YouTube, are part of Alphabet Incorporated. The driving factor of a team-based structure is to speed up the progress of the various divisions. Within this structure, the projects at Google entail enhanced innovations intended to sharpen the modern world and hopes to continue in subsequent decades.
