Introduction
The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) is a law that allows employees to form and join unions voluntarily and gives them the right to participate in activities for mutual protection. The employees are thus able to improve their pay and enhance good working conditions. However, the NLRA rules have failed to keep up with technology in one way or another, e.g., social media.
