Unions are good in the economy of the united states of America. The unions play a substantial role in giving their workers a voice which enables them to get a fair share of the economy that they help in building. It is through such unions that workers are able to get fair remunerations and incentives for the work done. As well, the unions help in the settling of payment and retrenchment disputes whenever they occur.
In addition, the unions help in setting standards for education levels, the skills required for particular jobs, the quality of life of the workers in regard to their working conditions.
