Our organization is functionally organic due to the design that the organization uses to effectively accomplish its primary objectives defined in its mission. The organization uses an organic design that is illustrated in its functionality. The employees have ample latitude to interact, cooperate, learn and educate one another in the ultimate goal of accomplishing al organizations tasks professionally.
The organization is mostly informal in communication. Despite the existence of a structured hierarchy of management, the top management communicates with the junior and subordinate staff in a friendly manner. The General Manager usually visits the different departments on a routine basis to interact and objectively understand the individual problems that workers face.
