In both the video and the article, it has been said that today’s organizations are judged for their financial performance, the quality of their services or products, and the opportunities they provide to their employees (US, 2016). In addition, their overall impact on society is evaluated from different perspectives or angles. Some years ago, I used to work in a private clinic where I was responsible for answering the phone calls, setting appointments for the doctor and managing their finances.
What I liked the most about this job was I was provided with plenty of opportunities for self-grooming. The doctor was kind to me, as well as to other staff members. They were quick at giving bonuses or salary increments to employees who showed great performance during a specific period of time.
