Organizational misbehavior is quite common around the world. It relates to any actions that are deemed unacceptable by the management and often contradict on rules and regulations stipulated in the code of ethics (Ivancevich et al., 2011). Over the years, several organizations including notable and distinguished ones such as Nike have been implicated in various forms of organizational misbehavior. Alexia Fernandez Campbell of Vox.com recently highlighted a gender discrimination lawsuit that was filed by a group of former women employees of the company. It is illegal to discriminate individuals based on gender in organizations and the US government has established stringent regulations in that regard.
