Leadership refers to application of various technique aimed at convincing another person, group or state to do something that needs to be done. Leadership has contrasting definitions in different places and occupations. Leaders are required to possess useful traits used in making decisions. These traits include; intelligence, integrity, determination, self-confidence and sociability (Amy, 2017). Ability to employ various leadership traits promote trust amongst citizens, communities and organization (Center for Creative Leadership, 2018). Society requires well equipped leaders to make large-scale decisions on behalf of them.
Consideration and initiating structure leadership behavior are mainly subjected to peoples’ orientation and task orientation (Bass, 2018). Consideration entails mutual trust and friendship between leaders and members of the society while the initiating structure behavior allows the leader to organize activities and procedures for the group. For example, leaders are supposed to interact with different members of the society to get approved information about problems such as insecurity (Del, 2017).
