After reading the lecture about personalities and self-evaluation, I was able to internalize and find out what else I need to improve about myself to achieve the kind of success I want. For instance, when I become more open to everything around me, my mind will be more accepting of the things that I need to learn. It is true that even the most intelligent people do not know everything and the richest do not have everything. For me to become a good leader, being a narcissist will not work because being arrogant will not make people like me. If my employees do not like me, then I will not gain their respect. A person needs a good balance of emotions and intelligence to succeed.
There is a difference between introversion and extroversion, but that does not mean one of them should be favored. If a person is an introvert, they are stimulated in a different way compared to an extrovert. This does not mean anything bad, they are just triggered differently.
