Reports from the hospital indicate that the novice nurses have been going through much bullying hence affecting their effectiveness of attending to the patients. The senior nurses allocate the novice nurses certain procedures that they should not be performing on their own. This not only risks the life of the patient but also puts the novice nurse in an uncomfortable position hence making it difficult for them to offer quality healthcare. Therefore, the healthcare center will implement strict policies that will eradicate the issue of bullying hence making the workplace a conducive environment for all the nurses (Castronovo, Pullizzi & Evans, 2016). As well, the healthcare organization will employ more nurses because the reports show that patients wait for long hours before being attended to due to the few available nurses. The recruitment process will consider the experience and qualifications of the nurse to ensure that they will be in a position to offer quality care to the patients. Therefore, this will reduce the delay time and offer more opportunities for attending to emergency cases as soon as the patients are brought in. Having adequate nurses will ensure that emergencies do not delay the treatment of outpatients. As well, in an attempt to free up time for nurses hence allowing them to attend to more patients as compared to the current situation, the healthcare organization will implement the GetWellNetwork (Kompany, Luis, Manganaro, Motacki, Mustacchio & Provenzano, 2016). This system helps in safeguarding a patient's information as well as reducing the amount of time that the patients spend in manually filling forms. Every procedure of seeing doctors in the different departments within the hospital will be automated. Reducing the tasks whereby nurses have to help patients in filling forms will offer them extra time to attend to the patients without a hurry adequately. As a result, this will be a guarantee of quality healthcare. How to reduce cost One of the ways through which the hospital will reduce the costs without affecting the quality of healthcare being offered is by standardizing insurance costs in order to reduce the associated administrative costs. It is such administrative costs that accumulate too many costs that the hospital could have saved to carry out plans aimed at improving the quality of healthcare such as the purchase of new equipment. As well, the cost can be reduced by implementing policies that reduce bullying in the hospital. Bullying results in the resignation of the affected staff hence forcing the healthcare center to spend a lot on the recruitment process. It should ensure that the workplace is conducive as much as possible.
