I disagree with the argument that a good project management plan should not have any changes because everything is set. Change remains constant in the modern business landscape, and project managers should demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to ensure their projects are on the right track. Everything does not always go according to the plan, even when the scope, dates, and budgets are set.
