On the other hand team decision making is the process which teams makes decisions however, each person must acknowledge their strength. The Clifton Strength Finder is a test that is used to evaluate the behavior of an individual in order to determine their best traits. The test is very important because it is used to evaluate who these people are and what they can develop into. The test is also important for business organizations because employees have different strengths and weaknesses and therefore it is very important to develop a training tool that can take into considerations all these weaknesses and strengths (Fee, 2011). Additionally the Clifton Strength Finder is also used by employees to assist them notice some of the areas they are best at when it comes to developing their strengths.
Importance of the training Program
The training program is usually a three day customer service training course that ensures the trainees are given an opportunity to develop a reliable and a skilled technique of communicating with customers at the call center. In this training programs, trainees are usually given an opportunity to know different skills and how they can be able to handle customers, take care of their inquires and response to them in an appropriate manner.
