I believe with a compelling case for change, it is easier for management to convince the different stakeholders of the need for change. It is important to recognize that stakeholders play an important role in supporting change through resources and decisions. Therefore, when the case for change is strong enough, there is a high likelihood that the change strategy will receive the needed support.
