The career center is a great place to start planning for one’s future. They have various resources available to help them figure out what they want to do with their lives and how to get there. One of the things I liked best about the career center was how they were able to help me narrow down my options and find a career that fit my interests and skills. They also had a lot of resources available, from job postings to career fairs. I found all of this extremely helpful in my current career planning.
The career center also equipped me with job-searching skills applicable to my future and current plans. They provided me with resources and information on searching for jobs, writing resumes and cover letters, and preparing for interviews. Mastering resume and cover letter writing skills is vital for career growth (Williams et al., 2021).
