In a human resource management project, resources are the major items necessary for the project activities to take place. The process of project management follows various strategies such as feasibility study, implementation, planning support and maintenance as well as evaluation. The resources would include time, people, money, equipments and facilities among others (Kumar, 2011). Therefore, in a human resource project it is important to prioritize these elements in order for the project to be successful. In a human resource project people are very important. Successful project management means having the right people who have right skills and in the right time knowing what to do at when, where and how (Prescott, & Rothwell, 2012). It also entails having them own up the project. The other important priority in human resource management is time. Ability to stay within the project schedule means that the project is able to work within the budget.
