Petition Paper: Withdrawal From Nursing Program Class

The reason for this paper is I have to write one page to registration office a petition latter so they don't put W on my transcribe. Am going to mention my reasons why I withdraw from the class. What I want you to do is write it in the proper format or it has to look professional. The main reason I withdraw from the class is starting the 1st day of the class until I withdraw from the class I was feeling worried, feeling empty, low self-teem, stress, sick to my stomach, high anxiety, no appetite for food, dehydrate, no sleep, lost interest for life or school, lack of joy, and feeling I don't have what it take to finish the class. I was very overwhelmed because its nursing program it goes for 2 years and very competitive. I cant connect with my classmate with very low self-teem. I try to study and focus but I could not because of all the negative feeling that I was feeling. I could not get time to talk to anybody because the class going so fast and we been told if we don't keep up and fall, one class, we can't continue with the program. I could not handle the stress and I was sick and tired all the time due to not eating and sleeping. I don't have a family to support me I live myself. Finally, I lost my confidence believing am not able to finish the class or else I will be kicked out of the program. I was having a hard time focusing in class the only thing was am not going get it. I felt like am unwise and I don't belong to be there. Therefore I decide to drop the class it was the last day to get 50% back since my work pays my tuition at least they will get the money back and I only have to pay back the remaining. I came to conclusion, I don't want to go crazy but instead, I want to get help. By going to see doctor and therapist. I also talk to the director of nursing Kim she was so understanding, respect my decision and offer me a chance to come back after I get help. I am A student its extremity hard for me to drop the class but I don't want to end up in a mental hospital. Its important for me to reach my goal but not on the expense of losing my mind and myself. I really hope you find my statement serious issue, especially for a student who have no family and friends, support that who suffer in darkness. I will attach my doctor documentation that is getting help.
