Created by Scazzera and Bird, the personal assessment test has two core parts and a total of forty questions that can help a person evaluate all of the emotional components of discipleship. All of the inventory results are based on four levels of maturity: emotional adult, emotional infant, emotional child, and emotional adolescent. The first part of the assessment determines the formation of discipleship; in this part, my results conclude those of an emotional adolescent. The second part examines the emotional components of discipleship; in this part, my results are varied.
While taking the personal assessment, I took extra time and was careful with answering every question correctly and adequately. Based on the results of this assessment, I have decided to combat compassion fatigue and burnout by reducing work stress and making more and more friends.
