The Teacher's Role in Ensuring Equality in Education: A Journal

Weekly Journal Week 6
The teacher has a vital role in helping students, and this also means they have a role in ensuring equality in education. Teachers tend to face a diverse array of issues, particularly in regards to keeping their jobs. I think this is a common issue that I will still encounter in the future. Budget cuts have become the norm over the years, and this means schools are sometimes forced to lay off teachers who might have been very beneficial to the school. I think the new experiences among new teachers is a problem that needs to be changed. For example, teaching multiple courses per year, particularly technical courses, can lead to a problematic workload that is not manageable. Many teachers often have a negative experience during the start of their career, and I believe that this can be very discouraging to a new teacher. It is hard to progress if the job feels like a terrifying journey that might be harder before it gets better. This could be a significant issue of why there is a decline in the numb...
