It is always the right time to start that which is going to benefit our lives. When it comes to taking the chance to better our lives through wellness practices, the best time to start is immediately. Ideally most of the time, when we want to start on practices that are directed towards maintaining a healthy body, mind and spirit, there is always something better we feel we should be doing.
Having the knowledge about something and the wisdom to practice the same are two different things. For most people, it all stops at having the information; this is knowledge. Wisdom
