Q1. The subject of this paper is my experience with ferrets as pets.
This is a weak thesis statement as it only declares what the writer will discuss in his paper. The thesis is not precise and fails to validate the writer’s experience with the pets. It could have been, ‘I have learnt through experience that ferrets are the best pets that one can have’
