Tipping, practiced all over the world, assumes a distinctive role in the United States. There is a lot of debate regarding whether the trend of tipping should be ended or not. These days, almost all hotel and restaurant owners tend to pay handsome salaries to their workers, urging them not to ask for a tip from the customers. While tipping motivates them to work hard and boosts their performance, data shows that it continues to be a degrading and racist practice and should come to an end.
