Introduction
All scientific publications have to undergo a peer review process. The major reason why they have to undergo this process is to ensure the quality of the publications made. The originality of the publication matters a lot and one has to be sure that the information in the publication has not been copied directly from another already published source. Two main factors affect the peer review process include the proliferation of manuscripts and the outburst caused by new information and technology. There is need for more evidence in this time and age thus the emergence of the increased peer review activity.
