People move from their home countries to others for various reasons such as studying, working, and vacations. Most of them are not aware of how traveling abroad is beneficial as far as far as innovativeness is concerned (Reiche, 2011). Moving to a foreign country is a life-changing experience as one encounters new challenges, meets new people, gets introduced to the new culture and most importantly, learns new things.
