What is prime reality?
Prime reality is the understanding of what man values and considered as real, from Christianity perspective prime reality is infinite and is considered as God’s revelation in the Holy Scriptures. Prime reality is the cosmos God whereby God is the creator of the universe. Christians believe that the world starts with God giving Christians the foundation for morality and purpose (Wright, 2013).
Prime reality is about individuals believes depending on his view of reality. according to the bible in Colossian 1:16 states that “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him” (Bible Study Tools,2014).
What is the nature of the world around us?
The world is autonomous, chaotic or orderly and of spirit depending on individual worldview. Religious perspective views the world as God’s creation where everything in the world belongs to God. Therefore, human’s purpose on earth is to fulfill God’s will by following God’s teachings and upholding good morals. As humans, understanding God will is a priority for Christians. According to Christianity, the worldview starts with God who has answer why do we exist and what is the meaning of life. Humans exist to fulfill God’s will on earth and the meaning of life can be understood by understanding God’s scriptures (Wright, 2013).
What is a human being?
Human being are God’s creation ,God created humans in his image meaning that humans share God’s attributes including his personality ,truth ,wisdom ,holiness and love .God’s creation of the universe is a sign of creativity which is God gave humans . However not everyone believe in the existence of a supreme being, scientist believe that humans exist because of the long process evolution (Griffiths, 2012). Others believe that humans being are complex machines. For many believers, human beings are more intelligent than any other creation on earth. For God man is unique and has the capabilities more than other creation meaning that humans are not machines. In the bible Genesis 1:26 “Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth" (Bible Study Tools,2014).
