The Golden Fish Trip
Fishing has always been an enjoyable hobby to me; I would always jump with ecstasy every time anyone proposed a fishing spree. This day was different and no ordinary day as it was the first time I convinced my uncle (who was ever reluctant to go fishing) to accompany me to the lake. The excitement in me grew more as we approached the shores of the lake, and as we set up our equipment I had the feeling that it was going to be a great day.
My uncle on the other hand, was a bit skeptical of my feeling dismissing it as a simple excitement. I headed straight to my favorite spot and cast my fishing line; my uncle joined me at the spot and just sat on the side waiting for my first catch. After a while he got tired of waiting and cast his fishing line to the waters he had now started learning the tricks and started arguing that he would have the first catch before me. This brought all the excitement as we tried hard to get the first catch; he even left that spot arguing that it had less fish and would find more at another spot. To his surprise my fishing line shook, Alas!!!!! It was the first catch I had beaten him to it.
This did not make him feel disappointed he continued fishing as he had got the momentum, luckily his line shook too, and his was a large catch this made me take note of that ...
