MY APPROACH TO WRITING Name: Course: Professor Name: (January 16, 2012) My Approach to Writing The goal of the course composition 101 is to develop proficiency in reading, writing an discussion. The emphasis is laid on the need to communicate efficiently through language through clear proposition, organization, development and correcting mechanics, grammatical and punctuations. It also aims to improve word knowledge through the use of reading and writing (Simmons, 1997). My goal is to become a register nurse and in learning composition 101 my communication skills will be greatly developed so that I can be able to communicate with patients efficiently. I will be able to understand basic and complex sentences and derive meanings from various sentences. The course will be beneficial in understanding sentence types, connecting words, subjects and verbs identification, punctuation in written or spoken language (Simmons, 1997).
