The final essay points to the element of death being an escape from this life. It is as if everyone is trying to escape their present life by looking into the future. This is a rather intriguing approach to look at death. Alaska in her notes that she has left behind in the collection of books, states that, she would want to go straight and fast (Kaitlin, 2014).
