[1] In modern society, females rely a lot on make-up and dress-up. Some of the women look extraordinarily different before makeup and after makeup. As a matter of fact, make-up and dress-up are important for female attraction. Men are certainly more attracted to women dressed up well than women who are untidy. Hairstyle is also included in the dress-up. Women with beautiful hair are charismatic to men. For many years, long hair has been the standard of beauty for women, since it signifies femininity. In traditional Disney Movies, princesses or chief actresses like Snow White and Cinderella all have long hair. There is an idea that men are attracted to women with long hair. However, today, several women have decided to do the short hairstyle. Men believe that women with short hair do not look better and lack health locks. Many of the women who cut their hair losses attractiveness among most men. The truth is that long hair universally looks attractive to men. Accordingly, this paper will support the idea that many men prefer women with long hair to women with short hair, because longhair is the standard of beauty and it represents good personality.

Although some evidence indicates that the hair length does not define a woman's beauty, women who have long hair look beautiful and appear more appealing. According to research, 10% of men hit on women with short hair compared to 90% of men who hit on women with long hair (Thompson, 2009). A woman with a short hair is likely going to stay single for an extended period because men find her unattractive. The most comfortable women are those who know that they are attractive. Therefore, woman's physical appearance matters a lot. Moreover, a woman's appearance is glamourized by the length of her hair (Thompson, 2009). [3] Men believe that women with short hair are damaged in some ways that's why they try to change their reflection. Short hair signifies that a woman wants to be more masculine, deranged and even abrasive. For instance, the most aggressive cashiers, and confrontational colleagues have the same traits of a short hairstyle. On the other hand, long hair may be a symbol of good health and recommends that the bearer might even be healthy. Since hair grows slowly, long hair also reveals years of a bearer's health status. Moreover, during illness, the body utilizes nutrients in non-vital body parts like hair for survival; therefore, long hair is a sign of health. Men prefer having healthy women. Moreover, women face looks more attractive when accompanied by a long hair. Many men remark that they cannot be attracted to a face that looks like that of a man. The idea of women having long hair generates a way that speeds gender appreciation and however maximizing perceived attractiveness. In addition, men love change. Therefore, long hair can be styled in many ways which give the bearer a new look over time, unlike the short hair.
