The study applies survey methodology, an example of a quantitative research method, to examine the research questions of interest. The characteristic of quantitative technique is the use of numbers and measurements to study an occurrence and create knowledge. Moreover, the quantitative survey system allows the researcher to gather information from a large study group by employing the use of scales and questions. For instance, Jiang et al. (2017) enlisted 4700 organizations from which 458 completed survey responses were gathered for analysis.
