For this assignment you will be writing a recommendation l letter for an employee. You can assume they are moving on and have been a good employee.
Use the following information to create your recommendation.
1. use your name and the tile of Customer Care Manager for XYZ Company located at 111 Main Street, Boston MA 02145

2. employee you are writing the recommendation for is Jason Smith or Jacqueline Smith (you choose)
3. the employee is seeking employment at Quinn Manufacturing as a supervisor in their customer care department
4. they have worked as a customer care professional for 6+ years / has above average employee performance reviews
Has worked on several high profile projects successfully, always meets department objectives while also exceeding customer expectations as stated on customer feedback surveys. Employee is a good team associate, has a good work ethic and goes above and beyond to ensure the job is done correctly
5. one drawback is public speaking - the employee has been asked to give the occasional morning debriefing session and gets very nervous when having to talk in front of people. The employee doesn't back down and still accepts opportunities to practice speaking in public. The employee has just enrolled in a Toastmaster General course offered at the local community college to help them increase their skills in this area.
