These values can help people determine personalities, attitudes, and behaviors.             I think that responsibility is one of the most important core values for me. This is because responsibility lays a foundation for achieving goals or success. Having a sense of responsibility is a positive attitude to life, including yourself, job, and family. If people have responsibilities, they will have fewer complaints, more passion, and more efforts during work or study. The sense of responsibility represents a kind of good quality, so it makes people obtain respect and trust from other people. Responsibility has influenced key decisions in my life. Throughout my adult life, responsibility has enabled me to become a good team player.  Where different roles are assigned to each member, responsibility helps me in undertaking my tasks correctly and rightfully as expected.             Honesty and trust also feature among my most important values. Honesty is the character that gives one virtuous values such as straightforwardness, truthfulness, and integrity. Honesty breeds trust. Other than earning one respect among their colleagues, honesty also helps one lead a free and fulfilling life. Honesty extends beyond not lying. It is also about being true and real with oneself and being open about it. Being honest with ourselves helps us accept the way we are, creating an opportunity for empowering our individual self. It also helps us become consistent with the facts that we present to the world. In a world that is becoming increasingly dishonest, honesty is becoming a rare but critical value. In my life, honesty has played a crucial role in decision making, contributing to the respect others accord me. In circumstances where I have found myself in leadership positions, honesty and trust have helped me to lead effectively. When a leader shows these qualities, the followers are bound to emulate them, making them a part of the team’s culture.
