Organizational-Wide Change and the Bottom-Up Approach

Think of a specific change you would like to bring to your organization. Describe the change, the value that you believe the change would bring to the organization, and the methodology that you would use (top-down or bottom-up) to implement the change.
Organizational- Wide Change is fundamental for an association to succeed. In this type of organizational change, a large -scale of transformation affects the performance of the whole company which focuses on the restructuring of leadership, adding new policies and amending the existing ones, or even prefacing new enterprises in technology. This change will take effect on a large scale wherein compression will be felt directly by the organization's members.
