This was a retrospective secondary analysis of data to evaluate hospital work environment and nurse burnout, job satisfaction. Nearly 9,690 nurses from 181 Chinese hospitals were encouraged to get their responses recorded. The contract nurses reported their intentions to leave their jobs at a higher turnover rate, and this is a concern.
