An organization that is well prepared to handle such emerging issues ought to have an elaborate plan. This paper considers a case study of Banner Healthcare on its readiness to provide health care services to people in the coming decade including the strategic plans it has set in terms of patient satisfaction, nursing staffing, network growth, and resource management (James, 2013). A comparison between Singapore Airline state of affairs and The Banner Healthcare is also elaborated.
The Banner Healthcare readiness to the provision of health care to citizens of the United States of America is influenced by the diversity of services it provides to the US citizens and its widespread presence across the various states in the USA. The strategic location of the Banner Healthcare in different states indicates the success the health network has gained towards meeting the needs of American citizens. The health care organization has effectively handled the outpatient care, emergency cases and critical health care needed by its Citizens. The other indicator of the readiness of the Banner Healthcare is the availability of resources; the network prides itself in having state of the art medical resources that are capable of mitigating future health needs. The organization can mobilize resources effectively if the need arises in the future. Once, the resources have been acquired the network can thus effectively integrate the numerous changes that the future holds in terms of healthcare (Walsh, 2013,).
