Factors That Affect My Daily Food Choices
The state of human health is predominantly a faction of food choices that an individual makes every day. My daily food choices are mostly affected by cultural influences, time, and cost. My cultural background affects my daily food choices. I have been used to ordering pizza at home when I feel hungry. This faction is coupled with my parents indulging my appetite for chocolate, cookies, and cakes. These and other food items can lead to overweight and increased blood sugar levels (Zimmerman, 2012). I will ensure to take them on moderated levels, such as having a pizza once a week and avoiding sugary food, such as chocolates.
