Man`s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl
In his book "Man`s Search for Meaning" Viktor addresses the issue of discovering a basis to live. His major motivation for writing this book can be seen in his experience as an inmate in a concentration camp. The experiences he has as a prisoner made him have thoughts on what are the reasons and objectives of life. Indeed, if an individual is locked up he may say that life has come to an end and the only idea would be death. In such circumstances, Frankl thinks out of the box and comes up with a psychotherapeutic hypothesis that allows other inmates identify that there is life after prison.
