Difference Between Worker and Employment
I define employment as an agreement between an employer and employee. In this regard, an individual is on employment if he or she is hired for a salary or specified fee to perform certain tasks on behalf of the employer. In employment, the terms and conditions of the agreement are largely influenced by the employer. However, the termination of the agreement may come from the employer or employee. The responsibilities of the employee must be undertaken in the employer’s preferred station. Further, all the actions of the employee are intended to fulfil the mission and objectives of the employer (Heathfield, 2019).
