Obesity is a dreadful term which has become common in the household as the new generation has largely been the victim of this problem. Obesity has inflicted damage not just towards the physical health of the people, but it also has its adverse effects over the mental health as obese people have low self-esteem and confidence which causes them to isolate themselves from the masses.
Obesity has been considered as a nemesis of outlook and people fight it off to look good rather than their health. The group, which has been most affected by the obesity has been young adult women as they care most about their appearance and media has designed the idea of the perfect body shape and size which every young woman is seeking to achieve.
