Diner store has closed its doors to customers and for that reason there is need to reinvest on the once famous and lucrative chain store. The Diner restaurant was closed due to liquidation issues where they were affected by the economic crunch that hit the country. This chain store was very profitable and therefore taking advantage of their goodwill will be an added advantage to the business (Clifton, & Ahmad, 2009). Rebuilding a new store will not be as expensive as establishing a new store where the business will take advantage of the stores’ premises to establish other services and ensure low costs.
A new type of store is required since investing in restaurant alone is quite risky and there is also need to diversify and ensure that the business is insured from low sales from one product. The business will focus on restaurant, bookstore...
