The individual interview works as a member of a diagnostic team in a healthcare facility. The work criteria of the interviewee are to ensure that they collect all the information from the patient and use it to determine the case of the illness in them. The work definition of a diagnostician also involves the collection of information about the environment the patient they are treating has been exposed to which implies that as a member of the team, at one time or another, there is a likelihood of doing field visits. The patients are not readily welcoming to this idea of the doctor visiting their home. This results in the use of other methods such as the seeking of consent form member of the family or a partner that lives with the patient. This has assisted in treating over 75% of the patients.
Professionalism is defined as the ability to use the correct methods and procedures to acquire the diagnostic and use the same information in treating the patients (Royal, 2016). This has enabled the team to perform very efficiently. The team has one leader who is the chief diagnostic officer in the facility’s role is to oversee and guide the team in defining the diagnostics and the treatment process. The team leader is also involved in the process of diagnostics to ensure that the team members have an efficient and non-conflicting process when doing this. However, the constructive criticism and conflict ideas are welcome in the team to ensure that the diagnosis is perfect to avoid further complication of the patient’s health(Rajput & Faulk,2012).
