You are required to write a 400-word critical analysis of the following text:

A critical analysis is an exercise in which you are asked to critically evaluate specific material (text, video, etc) where you identify, explain and evaluate the main argument made by the author, thus developing your own argument relating to the material.
In other words, you are required to introduce the topic, summarise the author’s key points, critically discuss the arguments and evidence, and argue why you think the argument is convincing or not.
Your submission must be divided into 4 sections (note you are not required to use subtitles), as detailed below:
Section 1: Introduction Explain what the reading is about. This should take up around 50 words. Section 2: Summarising the argument What are the key points that the author makes? This should be around 150 words Section 3: Critically evaluate Discuss whether the arguments by the author are consistent and coherent. Discuss whether the arguments by the author are substantiated by credible/scientific evidence. Particularly, try to evaluate if the author is basing his argument on his own opinion or in facts/evidence.
