Eutopia is ready to usher in new dawn free from the tyranny and shackles of dictatorship. The state of the nation is in shambles, to say the least, as there is no political or economic system in place. Terrorism is rampant with civilians, leaders, and businesses all being affected by it. A plan is needed to transform the state of this nation drastically, and the new presidency guarantees that change is imminent. As the newly elected president, I have come up with a strategy that includes adopting a style of leadership, develop a domestic program, to promote national unity, defeat terrorism, and foster relations with foreign nations.
The government and leadership will be democratic, where every individual participates in the decision making of the country. This method of leadership will facilitate transparency and teamwork in our government system as the citizens will get to choose their leaders after a period taking into account their track record and principles. The leaders should display outstanding leadership skills such as exuding confidence, as this will inspire and guide the subordinates. Efficiency in work needs a technically qualified leader who understands their role and those of the employees. The leader should be able to make quick and sound decisions and foster responsibility and accountability in the undertakings of affairs in their docket.
Eutopia will consist of three branches of government, the executive, the legislative, and the judiciary. I the president will head the executive branch of the government, where I will execute and enforce laws passed by the legislative and my agendas for the country. Each docket will have a minister handpicked by me to assist in the enforcement of laws and agendas. The legislative, which will be presided by a speaker, is a crucial branch of Eutopia’s government going forward as it will be responsible for making laws and policies to govern this land. Legislators will debate which bills to gets passed, which bills require amending. The judiciary, on the other hand, is going to be headed by a chief justice, and its main objective will be to interpret the laws of the country and apply them in solving disputes.
Administrative decisions need to be made within our borders to ensure the prosperity of this nation, in matters of security and economy. To combat terrorism, my government will block any movement to and from the neighboring country whose dictator is aiding terror, scrapping any relations with them. Their citizens found in our country without proper identification and purpose of the visit will face criminal prosecution. The policy that will be enforced to help the economy is providing companies with good working conditions to reduce the cost of production, therefore, keeping the rate of inflation low CITATION Kar19 \l 1033 (Karl, 2019).
An economic structure is something that Eutopia lacks. The production, consumption, trade, and distribution of goods and services need to be modernized and maximized to facilitate the countries development.
