Every year, hundreds to thousands of students apply to the New York University for higher studies, and I am one of those lucky ones. There are a plethora of reasons why I like this institution the most. First of all, its location is spectacular; the university is situated in the heart of the city. Another prominent reason is that it provides students with a chance to choose from varied and strong academic programs or courses that draw in everyone from engineers to doctors to its diverse and vibrant campus culture. For me, New York University is the best place to be. I have a keen interest in science, but its other subjects and areas are also engaging and famous the world over. For instance, I have seen many of my colleagues showing an interest in its art, business and finance subjects, and others have had applied in engineering programs.
There are a lot of curricular and extracurricular activities to be a part of. I have found the university to be a hub of cultural events, theater performances, and other interesting things. Ms. McGuigan, an alumnus of the New York University, has taught me in the high school. She once told me that the New York University changed her life as the subjects she studied at the institution were excellent, and the knowledge she gained helped her improve her skills and land a job of desire.
