After watching the film, the concept of sustainability is now more familiar to me because I did not really pay attention to it. The video is insightful and I can now think of several ways to promote sustainability.
For instance, one of the things I would like to do is to grow my own vegetable garden because when they are bought in a non-organic market, there is no way of telling how much pesticides were used. At least I know what goes in the vegetable plant before consumption.
