Such claims draw a firm backup from this week reading that depict that licensure does not show a counselor's efficacy but rather asserts what their professional requirements entails (American Association of Christian Counselors, 2014). The only way to which counselors can maintain their competency is through having a wider knowledge about the respondents as well as ensuring they attend the pre-service and in-service training.
