According to the first section of this amendment, which is referred to as the End of Slavery, slavery of any kind except punishment for crimes is subject to jurisdiction in the United States. The second section of this amendment mentions that Congress has the right to enforce changes.
This amendment, known as Civil Rights, consists of five different sections. It clarifies that every person who is born in the United States is subject to the jurisdiction. Representatives are appointed in all parts of the country to watch people’s actions. No person could become a Senator or join Congress if he had taken an oath in the past.
